但如果我正处于自我耗竭的状态,杯子已经空了还给别人使用,别人的情绪就会倒进我的杯子里,占据我的空间,让我的内心更加疲惫 。
所以,我们需要时不时看看自己的杯子是不是快空了,先丰富自己的内部资源,让共情服务自己的生活,才能更好地去支持他人 。
