但如果我正处于自我耗竭的状态，杯子已经空了还给别人使用，别人的情绪就会倒进我的杯子里，占据我的空间，让我的内心更加疲惫 。
所以，我们需要时不时看看自己的杯子是不是快空了，先丰富自己的内部资源，让共情服务自己的生活，才能更好地去支持他人 。
